I just picked up a 2004 honda civic lx coupe.
now im going to install a jl tw5 sub in the trunk
the sub will be in a false floor firing up
is it better to install closer to the rear of the car or closer to the seat? or does it really matter?
thanks again

to the rear will give you better low end.they don't sound as good when they are close to the seat back.

in most cases, a longer distance gives the wave longer to develop...although that difference is pretty minimal
