Gents,

For the past year, we have been hard at work on an extremely high performance amplifier line.

We will be releasing a new High End amplifier line at CES.

Line contains three models. MSRP is $1200 and up.

Build, conservative power ratings and sonic quality that rivals (and surpasses IMHO) ZPA.

More details to come, enjoy...

glad to hear pg is again into that area again....

I better hurry up and finish my install before I start to think about switching lines/amps then as it sounds like it would be pretty pricey to have the 4 amps I am going to run....

Morgan, can you give us power ratings for each of the three new models?

hi morgan, maybe its possible to have individual gain pots for each channel to enable best level matching between channels. that would be very yummy!

I will post another more complete update of specs of new amp models just after Turkey Day.

They are on the bench now, for the record, we are going extra conservative with power ratings.

oh man...were are going back to the good old days.

I hope these work out better than the remake of Soundstreams Human Reign amps which were actualy awesome but too expensive and they gave them away at a huge loss in the end...talking about the ones that came out couple years ago or so.

I hope this works out

Update:

Two Important things about these amps:

1. These amps are CONSERVATIVELY rated. For example, Elite.1 is rated at 3200w at 1 ohm, it just did 3900w on the bench at 1% THD. Each amp comes with a birth certificate.

2. Power numbers are important but our goal here is also sound quality. The electrical design and components (huge sanken Devices, burr brown op amps, monolithic caps, etc) are key.

Elite.4 Four Channel Amplifier:

F e a t u r e s :
• Class A/B Topology
• Burr Brown Operational Amplifiers
• Monolithic Signal Capacitors
• Massive Dual Package Sanken Output Devices
• Overbuilt Dual Unregulated Power Supplies
• Handwound Power Supply Transformers
• Triple Darlington Output Stage
• Isolated Pre-Amp Section
• Crossovers have 41 Detents for Exact Frequency Selection
• Aluminum Shaft Potentiometers
• Panel Mounted RCAs
• Clip Indicators
• Extruded Aluminum Heatsink with Evenflow Technology
• User Adjustable Temperature Controlled Fan Cooling System
• Integrated Cooling via Endcap Vents
• Each Amp is Shipped in its Own Soft Felt Protective Cover
• High Temperature Plexiglass Cover
• RMD - Remote Voltage Display Port
• Remote Level Control with Clip Indicator Included
• Audio Precision Quality Control Verification
• Power Output Birth Certificate
• 23.3” L x 10.5” W x 2.6” H

S p e c i f i c a t i o n s :
Conservative Power Rating

Low Pass Range 40Hz to 4kHz
Low Pass Slope 18dB/Octave
High Pass Filter Range 20Hz to 4kHz

Elite.2 Two Channel Amplifier:

Same features as above.

S p e c i f i c a t i o n s :
Power Rating

375 Watts x 2 Channel / 2 Ohms
250 Watts x 2 Channel / 4 Ohms

Elite.1 Monoblock Amplifier:

F e a t u r e s :

Yes, and they go up from 40Hz to 4kHz so you can run a fully active system with tweeters or midbasses.
