If you buy the Molex plug from Digi-Key then you need to buy and replace header too because pitch is 5.00mm.

what are the specs on the original Pg plug?

Same here, ordered 12 of them for my 2nd DD10 and they fit perfectly.

that's only 0.0098 difference between pins, i think they will flex that much. thats a very small distance.
