what speaker cable do you use?

Hello im building a system to compete with but im after a good quality speaker cable. Can any one give me any name's. Its for a sq set up. Running a 3way morel front end and ti amp's Mnat thanks stuart

Really nice stuff, super flexible, and easy to tell which is negative and positive...I love it.
