I am just curious if this would fit the bill for tuning amplifiers. I use the DMM method and have good results, but I do feel like an oscilloscope would be more accurate.
Is this a good oscilloscope?

same one I have, bad little mofo. Takes a little practice to figure out how to work it but otherwise you will love it.

this is the right tool for the job. I still say tuning with a meter is like trying to do fine wood carving with a screwdriver. You can do it but it just isn't going to do as good of a job......

Yes exactly! Thanks again.

I've been looking at those as well. There are some used analog scopes local for about $50-150, but these DSOs seem like they could be easier to use in an automotive environment.
