box size recomendations and rsd amp question

I have been considering how I will be building my trunk and the hardest part to work around is just trying to keep it easily removable and yet rock solid as far as mounting goes. I decided to use all 3 of my rsdc 104's and to make it easier to remove I will be building three seperate boxes. The trunk opening on the 94 mustangs is really small so I am not sure if I were to build one big box if it would fit, so this will solve that problem as well. The three of them will be bridged to a rsd1200.1 that will be of course operating a little hot but throwing plenty of power to them so I am already planning on additional fans to keep it cool. I do not turn it up all that much for all that long so I think the amp will be ok.
My question is what type/size box have you guys had luck with on the rsdc's? Went out and took some measurements and I have plenty of room between the shock towers(43"), almost 14" till the boxes would rub the rear speakers, and a good 8-10" of depth. I am really on considering a sealed box but would be open to opinions. I figure between the 3 tens that are just supporting the Ti9's in my doors, with a bass cube and plenty of powa that I should not really need to worry about having an ok spl number when I might want one..... With that being the case the extra trouble of a ported enclosure, or rather 3 of them just doesn't seem necessary.
The subs will be facing back behind where the seat use to be. I want them to face into each other a little bit so I can hopefully use a piece of 1" plexi and an extra rsdc dust cap to make a neat display infront of the center sub.
2nd question is about the through output on the rsd amps and what would you do? I am going to run the 600.1 in the roadster bridged to one Ti9, and another 600.1 driving the other. Would you run the sub out from the alpine 9885 deck to the 1200.1 or would you go out from th eq251ix 150hz lowpass to the 1200.1(50-60 hz lowpass) then from the through out to each of the 600.1 amps(50hz high pass to make a band-pass 50-150hz)? I like the idea of going with the through outputs because then the lpl's would make it tunable all in one spot(probably hidden in the consol).
