Not because I need to know but just because I'm curious: Is the LPL curve linear in it's gain attenuation? Exponential, logarithmic, something else maybe?
It seems to me when using mine that I have a a bunch of room in the middle of the pot where it the same amount of movement seems to do "less" than at the top or bottom, hmmm. Not that this is a problem, it works great, just wondering...

You can use a ohm meter to read several points across the span of the knob and then plot the measured value against the position to see if the control is linear or log taper.
Now is the controls inside the box linear or log I have know idea. Its the same chip everybody else uses except MTX A LM13600 it can be looked up for specs using goggle. LMK if you guys need me to do more checking C

Just to make sure I'm not dreaming or being a dumb ass... if I make a reading at the very bottom, the very top and as close to the middle as I can, the middle reading would be roughly half way between the bottom and top if it's a linear curve, right?
