Are these caps original? MPS-2220

Thought I had better start a new thread for this.
I opened up my MPS-2220 which I got second hand. I've looked at a bunch of pictures on here, and the rail caps do not look familiar. If these have been replaced perhaps all the caps have been replaced? It was rather clean inside. Does anyone know the stock value for the rail caps? The PS caps are still 2200uF 16V, and there are another two 470uF 35V caps.
Also, any clue as to what the plasti-dipped looking things are on the set of fets?
Thanks for any direction.

Here are the rail caps. Not blue with white top nor black with lack top.

If in doubt that the caps are leaking or haven't been changed in years then all you can really do is take them off. I didn't see any leakage or damage in my PG SA3.0x but once I removed the big caps there it was.....leakage and damage. So far what I've notice is taht PG need their cap replaced, especially if its over 10years.

Thanks for the responses. Considering I know the amp has been sitting around for five years, maybe I should just replace them all. Makes me wonder if I should change the caps in my other amp (10 yr old MTX) as well.
I have found a picture of another MPS amp online that had the same add-on FET things as mine, so I guess that is stock. Seems strange that PG would leave so much flux residue around the through hole, but I guess these are still production line amps.

I recently sold the same amp, board etc. looked the same like yours in every way regarding the fet add-ons , flux residue etc..
ALWAYS replace the caps if they are still original, PLUS the silpads. You will see that they will leave some of the isolation-material on the sink when you remove them. Replacing the pads will ensure you'll only have to take your amp apart just once.
PG used different brands of caps over the [early] years when it comes to railcaps.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'll make sure to swap out the caps if I decide to put it back in service.
