no sound and a blinking LED on a Tantrum 300.2

I have no sound and a slow blinking LED on a Tantrum 300.2. Owner's manual doesn't say anything about it and a search of the forum didn't either. Any ideas on what's wrong?

Check for shorts on your speaker wires with a multimeter.
