Install Help : Xenon 200.4 center channel bridging

Hi guys, I am new to the board and installs. Years ago, the old PG board advised me on buying a Xenon 200.4 and PG Ti Elites. Life got in the way and I am now attempting the install but I have a few questions. First, can I bridge the left and right front channels on the Xenon 200.4 to drive a center center in addition to the left and right speakers? Will I need a volume control for the center channel (LPad?)?

Second any problem with bridging the rear channels to drive the sub?

Thanks and any other advice is greatly appreciated.

Background: I'm installing a new system in a 70 mustang, obligatory picture ;)

Speaker placement is limited to front kicks and a single center speaker. In the front kicks are PG TI 5 Elites (250w, 4ohm) and in the center is an Infinity Kappa 682.9 (100w, 4ohm). The rear channels are bridged to a Infinity 10" Sub (400w, 4 ohm). More details below.

Even if you could run the center channel, you shouldn't. Not only would it ruin the imaging and sap power from your components, but a Kappa 6x9 coax is nowhere near the quality of the Ti Elites. With 200 watts a side on the front, you won't be needing more output anyways.

Thanks Stipud, that was what I was looking for. I'll give it a go with out the center then. No problem with bridging the rear channels for the sub. Its a 4ohm single coil.

Beautiful car! I've done some 60s mustangs with 90s 5.0 swaps, but their wheel car combo didn't work as well as yours does in your pic.

You shouldn't have any issues bridging the 4 ohm sub.

Should be good, but be kind to the gains.

@00goobs: Thanks! I've had it for a few years but recently restored it. The stereo is the final piece. The wheels were made by Boyd Coddington before his show was on. If the show had been on before, I could saved alot of hassle and bought a different set.

@AVICJR: Will do, low and slow.

@Drock: I'll keep you in mind if they don't work out.

Thanks again gentlemen!
