i just got hold of a yellow/purple text eq 232 ....do anyone know if this is an originally colour?

its to match the canadian yellow zx amps cool item not all that custom anyone in canada could have ordered it. but there are not many...

well im mostly into swapping if anyone have some zx or zxti gear....but there will be a little cost by shipping...i live in denmark

If its from any of the Hi-Fi klubben projects (bulldog Mini / Outlaw 1932 Ford / 1990 VW Jetta / Nissan Pickup + + + +).
All of those product used where special order from PG with matched silkscreens.

Its a big chanse it came from the bulldog project. Well not from the car itself. The car was controlled by a remote Denon DCT-950R with the eq mountedin a console. with a cable from the car to the console. This car slammed pretty hard for its time... It had 1 inch thick plexiglass as windows...

they are not all that rare now, they made more then a few I am willing to bet.

Interesting..Id use it as is instead of spraying another color. You might want to sell it down the road..If its OG then youll get more for it. Nice eq tho..

there are some collectors of it on here I thought I am suprised they are not wanting to buy it. I had a Ti eq215ix and wanted a black one so I posted an add here to trade for it and paid shipping both ways. Took less then a week to find someone that wanted to trade.

its actually more like a green/yellow isn't it? I have never seen a car it would match honestly.

I have the matching bass cube and from the yellow/purple colour i'd say it came from the bulldog

you realize that they did a whole series in that color for the canadian dealer that requested them right? They were not just for demo vehicles.

yes in denmark it would be rare, its even rare in the us. Unfortunatly just because its rare doesn't make it worth more. there are some people that like to collect them but because of the color they are generally not used since they don't match much.
