Hi I'm not to sure what's up with my amp. It's an Xenon x1200.1 I just got it 2nd hand the guy I got it from said its all good and would give my cash back if I wanted but I want to make it work. I have 2-12" Rockford subs to my Xenon x1200.1 I had my old amp and sub running in the same truck and everything was fine so I did a quick switch. Change the amplifier and change the subwoofers wired it all in properly. You can run your power in on both corners separately I tried them both there under the rubber part B positive R and B Negative. I then tried to switch my input and positive negative nothing I also tried turning with the screwdriver the Bass then I tried The sens and then the subsonic and the low pass. Keeping in mind I've had power the whole time the only thing that's not working is my subs I tried the subs with a separate app in the separate vehicle worked fine. I really want to keep this app I'm frustrated not sure what to do the frustrating part is that there's power going through it because the light lights up so it's killing me hopefully there's a genius out there that can help me out.

Does it blow fuses?

Do you own a DMM (Digital multimeter)?

No manual, and the weird thing is I didn't see any external fuses unless I need to crack it open to see the fuses. wold there still be power if the fuse was blown?, and it did not blow the fuse that is in line with my battery.
Thank you for your reply

I was specifically wondering if it was blowing the fuse near your battery.

Since it is not, but the light still comes on, it could be a lot of issues. The bad part is it is probably related to the preamp section of the amp, and it could be hard to track down.

I once had an X600.1, which is for the most part the same amp other than less power, and I had the same issue as you. I narrowed it down to one bad capacitor on the little daughter boards for the amplifiers controls. It took me some time to find this problem. New capacitor in it and all was well.

Don't ever do that. POS is POS and NEG is NEG. Never shall the two meet.

There are manuals available in PDF from the knowledge base link. Should help on the basics of installation and proper fusing.
