Help with my 500.4Ti

Hello and glad to be a new member to the PG Community. I have recently purchased a 500.4Ti series from a long time friend. he's been the one and only owner of this amp, kept his word and when finally selling it, i was the first to know. its been sitting in his garage for quite some time and said it was working 100% when pulled out.
My old setup goes as follows,
Alpine HU CD-105
Polk Audio MM6501 Components (Front Stage)
Hifonics HFi series 4 channel amp. Bridged the rears for the sub.
Crossfire BMF 12" Sub
I never encountered any problems with this setup but i couldn't wait to install the Ti series. I made sure my connections were correct and the swap was fairly easy. Fan blows and amp turns on perfectly. when hooked up, i first noticed my driver side door was strictly static and barley any music coming from that channel. passenger door sounds clean and crisp. i swapped the cables and concluded that one of the Front (R+) side is causing this problem. i tried doing the same setup for my sub by bridging the rears but the bass is just not there like my other amp had. i understand its a 4 channel amp made for highs and miss but is there anyway i can fix this problem. also the blue LED do not work. I left both speakers hooked up to one channel (Front bridged). any suggestions would be appreciated.
