FAS value

Post by Bigred41291 »

Just got this in a trade no idea what its worth not trying to sell unless a good offer came along, just want to know if I got the better deal. I traded a set of 22 inch rims that needed to be re-surfaced and re-chromed and needed new tread. Amp powers on. Also I noticed that the specs say 510wrms X 1ch@ 4ohm is this amp 2 ohm stable, 1 ohm? Any help would be great.

Nice! I would take a frank over a worn set of rims any day of the week.
If you decide to use it make sure it has new power supply caps.

Its definitely 2 ohm stable bridged and will make about 700W RMS or 1000W dynamic.
You just have make sure it has adequate cooling and power.

Yea I gave the 2ch. Side power for about 1sec. Just to make sure it would power on but it's going to sit on a shelf untill I can afford to have the caps replaced. Any idea on it's value?

At least 700 is the plexiglas cracked? The end plates don't look bad. Any nicks in the powder coat on the sink?

Broken fins, paintflaws, leaking caps, scratched to death plexi, rusty screws which leads to rusty endplates. Probably worth arround 600USD if the right person shows up

Man I could not see all those issues in the phone looking at it. The broken fins is what will really hurt the the value as they can't be fixed.

And as for the plexi being scratched there is a small scratch in the "n" in frank and another minor scratch in the "s"
