All the lights work properly. So does the amp. It even looks pretty freakin good. I guess Im gonna have to open it up and look. I actually have it in the car right now though.... They are pg wires though so maybe whatever the did isnt like a hack job.stipud wrote:I don't think those are stock man... odds are someone installed some lights in there or something??
lol, thats funny. I would have to agree though, it looks almost like a punched hole or was drilled from the other side with skill/patience.wheelieking71 wrote:the hole looks pretty round also. i know, i know, holes are round. what i mean, is that when drilling holes in thin sheetmetal, you usually end up with a bit of a triangle hole. that looks awfull round, and the anodizing around the hole isn't tore up from chips whirling either. interesting.
I'm talking light tubes, not the Tri-LEDs. Those would need switched 12v so you would either have to mount a relay inside of the amp, when tapping into the + and - internally, or run external power wires (far more likely).nutxo wrote:All the lights work properly. LOL yeh. I kind of figured thats what you meant. My statment was more like " Its working. Im content" Im not gonna even mess with the thing right now.stipud wrote:I'm talking light tubes, not the Tri-LEDs. Just need to break out the meter and see what its doin or suck it up and take it apart. I hate doin that though. It seems no matter how careful I am I leave little marks on the screws...stipud wrote:Well you could always try hooking up power to see what they do
