thanks for the help in advance

Pics can only determine so much when it comes to value. It somewhat falls into what someone is willing to pay and it depends on exterior condition of paint, and the sink plus silkscreen. As for the board and components, it's best to know if the caps have been pulled or swapped as they tend to leak over time. If you want to throw in audio issues as well then you're in an entire different ball game.
I have many of these MS amps, they fluctuate in value. I have a MS2125 which is in working order, board is clean and rates a 8/10 cosmetically....I purchased it for $80.00. On the other hand I have another MS2125 in working order, board needs many caps swapped out, cosmetically rates a 7/10 and was purchased for $225.00.
If you're not experienced on troubleshooting and soldering then I would either have the amp tested and repaired professionally or just sell it on here and see what folks are willing to offer given you may not know the history of its use.

One advice, my friend....DON'T HOOK IT UP..... if you like firework, better listen to the Kathy Perry song........
This is a very good amp, after it had service, new powersupply caps and new silpads.....
No caps look bad

The twelve there together are the problem. these leak and have to be changed.
The amp is worth putting the time and the money in it to get it back playing good. you're gonna love it. it's a great amp.
I will leave the rest to the veteran members here. But at this time,

power it up .

NO, you are not safe. The paper trick only works on badly leaking caps. Many caps leak in the middle where paper will not easily reach, so the paper tells you nothing.
ALL PG amps of this age with these caps leak. I have even bought new in box vintage PG amps and found the caps leaking. This is a problem with the caps themselves, and has little to do with abuse of the amp, or amount of use on the amp.

Well I've decided to change my set up. What's it worth in this condition?

Anyone got a ballpark price? I just don't wanna invest the cash and don't wanna ruin a classic amp.
