15.0:1 wiring

newbie here trying to learn how to wire my octane mono. I have had amps before that I had to use certain posts to get a mono result. is that the case with the octane 15.0:1? there is nothing on the amp that says. am I wrong to think that chan 1, 2, or a particular combo would be needed?

generally it is the left + and the right -. Looking in the octane manual here that is what it shows on the 2nd or 3rd page.
