PG Powerflow Alternator

So there is.one close.to me i was thinking of picking up but it says its for a 5.7l jeep/dodge. I was curious if i could make it work for a 91 ford ranger with a 4.0lor a 3.0l Toyota as those would be the vehicle installed in.

I have an old one I am waiting to install, its beefy although it was also made to fit in my mustang. Often they were more of a universal fit and you might be able to make it work but dunno for sure.

I was thinking the only issues i might run into are mounting bolts and possibly a different plug

the plug is different on the one I got as the voltage regulator is not internal. I found a nice balmar(marine grade) external voltage regulator that can be adjusted to charge my deep cycle batteries more completetly. Not sure if this is the same type or not but find out if the regulator is internal or not and you will have a good idea if the plug will fit.

see what the current rating is on it then as with the regulator internal it isn't one of the really big alts but still could be a step up.

Im pretty sure the guy said it was 150amp
