can this amp run 2ohm mono?

Yes, it can..
It's not recommended, but it can run 2ohm mono..
The manual states that minimum load should be 2ohm, and I've run my previous IDMAX 12v2 d4 off mine without any issues.
I'm currently running my 3x Ti2 10d4 off it at 3ohm.

they are totally fine to run at 2ohm. they can pull a lot of current.
good luck finding a new one or replacement

I'm not looking forward to the day my Tantrum amps die...
To me, a suitable replacement would be the Elite's.. which means completely new install.. lol
