Are these the oldskool goodness as in the old ES line??

they are nice but not like pg/ms nice. Nice for sony for sure but pretty sure if you were to open them up and look inside they are not that impressive.

Dual mono design, less crosstalk maybe? Nice and clean design.

50 bux for the pair locally on CL. Might be worth just to pick up for hoarding sake!!!

They just look like any other generic amp without the cap thingies imo. Really, they are just like any other generic amp though, so I guess they look the part.

I guess that's why the mobile es line amps needed to get recap. From what I've seen they have gold tune rail caps caps and chemicon on the b+ input.
