Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Please take a look at the logo on this RCA jack and help me figure out who the manufacturer of it was. I have been digging around Google for something, but I know lots of you guys are better at digging around the web than I am.

It looks like "MD" to me, but maybe it is "OMD", or "MDO", I just cannot find the same logo anywhere.

I am both looking for the switching jack, and looking for who made it. I would like to see if they make any newer design with the same hole pattern requirement, which might be more durable than the originals.

I looked at your eBay store, and did not see these, so I assumed you did not have any to sell.
