I´ve been looking all over the place but did not find any info on how much output power the fan connector on the circuit board of the MS2250 will give me at a maximum. Due to them beeing a lot less noisy I want to connect a squirrel fan that draws 400mA to it. Is that possible?

I would use the output to trigger a micro relay, then you don't have to worry about overloading the amplifier's output.
