What is this cable??

There is one listed online with a few other items. The seller has no clue what any of it is, and my quick online search turned up nothing. Also tried typing the model # into the search here. The 1 pic she provided shows a traditional PG package, it looks like an RCA cable, but i can only see 1 pair of ends. Maybe some sort of adapter.
Its probably nothing i need but i like to be sure.
