TantrumX 10" in a nice (looking) sealed box for $30?

There is one for sale about 5 miles from me, anyone have any knowledge they can drop on me? I'm running 1 Memphis Power Reference 12" now that I got brand new for $30 and built a sealed box for, running right now off a Tantrum 500.2 a channel on each 4 ohm vc. It performs about how I expected. I could leave that amp in for the Tantrum 10. I also have laying around a ZX350, a MS275, an RF punch 225.2. I also wouldn't be against taking it out of the manufactured box and building one myself. Am I spinning my wheels here?
