When running a reg sub would adding a cyclone to the mix enhance the lower end or doesn't it help or blend with a reg sub.

The cyclone is designed to be used with regular subs. In fact, it does not work on its own, as it only produces the lowest bass itself.
I believe all this is explained in detail in the manual with the Cyclone, and I think you can find that manual in the documents section of this forum.

the one time I got to install one we matched it up with an xmax 10 and it was a deadly combination. Launched my drill off of the package tray when we cranked it the first time.

A proper frontstaging with two 6.5´s per door that are able to kick in at 60Hz is more than enough.

if it didn't require 3 cu ft of space I would match one up with my Ti 9s for audio bliss...

If the Clones drive stays outside the housing 2cuft are enough.
