@KirGhiz and Bassy songs

Post by Wigzter »

@Kirghiz that "Downlink - Rubber Bands" song sounds crazy good. Very loud and full clean bass.

If this is a thing that needs to be taken to PMs. Anyone feel free to let me know.

But if anyone has cool deep clean full bass songs like that please post them here or send me a PM. I'm open to listening to anything except country. My taste in music is all over the place from Lil Jon to Avenged Sevenfold, which btw is an excellent concert if anyone gets the chance.

Anyways, if being new to loud bass makes songs sound way different so let me know what are some of your favorites! I would love to hear what you guys listen to.

My all time subwoofer test...Smashing Pumpkins, thirty three. About 00:28 in the bass note starts and continues to the end of the song, only changing frequency. You can tell if your box is built right because some frequencies will be quieter than others, showing your deficiencies.
A few of these and a few of those.

Anything by Destroid, Excision, Downlink, Space Laces, Glockwize, TwoFold, and those sorts of artists. Dubstep music is a great place to find bass heavy tracks. A website you can go to for free downloads of dubstep tracks is www.dubstep.net. I have found tracks there, discovered artists, and then searched them out on itunes to buy more of their work.

If you want tracks for sound quality, "He Calls Home" by Candlebox is a fantastic track to tune the system with.
Being loud without good sound quality is pointless, but having good sound quality without being loud is also pointless.

Thanks for all the suggestions!! I've added them all to my playlist on Rhapsody!

Everything is finally tuned perfectly and I'm going to be checking out a lot of them now
