IS there a sticker or label that shows a rev #? It looks like the green board is also short a few caps compared to the other. Probably just a 'early/late' model change or something.....

I seriously doubt anyone did a knock off of the Elite xover. When PG Direct was selling them on eBay, they could hardly get rid of them. No question that the board components are top notch though.

the green one is missing the caps at the top on each side.
are the values of the different componets the same?

its also missing a few resistors from the top of the board,it just looks cheap and tacky compared to the others
seems strange how i have 3 others of these and only this one has a green board.
i think ill use 2 of the black board ones in my install as i dont trust this one.
ill rip the guts out and replace with the others as the casings alot better

Both are legit, not fake. Just minor revisions on PCB components and colors.

Its been awhile so don't quote me on it, but I am pretty sure its green.
Easy way to tell is this.
Hook both of them up at the same time, one for left channel and one for right channel. The LEDs in middle of the PCB are driven by signal, the LEDs that consistently light brighter at normal music levels are the latest Rev Board.
On first REV boards the LEDs don't light up much even at very high signal levels. When the board was revised the LEDs lit much brighter with lower signal levels.

Looks like NW3 is correct on close inspection the only thing missing is the thru hole components for the LED drive circuitry < possibly they went to SMD and bottom board mount of those components. The rest all appears to be the same. the board color was probably just a after thought that came along with the update so it could be easily identified C
