Am pretty sure he mentioned they where laser etched/engraved. Bad ass if you ask me....wish I knew someone around me that could do that.

That is really sweet! Cant wait to see more. Im looking on my phone and cant tell how the little writing came out. What do you think of it? Are you going to do anything else with it? Are you going to clear coat it at all? A closer up of the lettering would be my next picture request, if your taking any of them.

Thanks

I would clear coat them just so the engraving doesn't rust as we all know how they like to rust with time.

As soon as the other 4 are done I'll get closer pics and I'm doing a flat clear coat on them all.

They look beautiful....one of a kind that's for sure. Just wondering if you got the fan vent cover done as well, don't want that to be a different color right?

Wow, impressive. You decided to go with 600.2 rather than zx600ti? Interesting choice. You'll confuse the purists with the zeropoint boards and the titanium model number. Lol

I am jealous , those amps are going to look great once reassembled.

can they do that to a polished piece or does it need to be painted? I am still wanting to get the pg manf badge on my alt done and hoping my brother has the vector file done for it shortly.

I'm sure you could engrave any material. I don't know if he could add color. I think if it was the color you wanted he could engrave everything but the writing and logo. Just reverse the engraving. Or to you want a colored plaque with silver writing?

No I am just wanting to polish a piece of aluminum and then have it engraved. No color needed. Actually afraid to use it honestly as after it is engraved I will need to bend it to fit on the curved outer shell and I am sure its enough of a bend that if I put some color on it, it would crack in the bend.

These look friggin amazing man! I cant believe you are thinking of selling after all this custom work. I know the Zen9 is sweet, and an LE to boot, but there will still be 100 of them. These ZXTi are totally unique. Great job.

Honestly it all started just trying to get rid of the rust and has snowballed on me. I'm thinking I want to do the same thing to my ti1000.2 and get a 900.7. I may keep the 2 ti amps I'm not sure yet. I don't want these beauties sitting in my garage not being used. I don't have enough cars. I'd love for someone to get them and show them off.

They are not white....its engraved not silkscreen. This is permanent and will not fade, am pretty sure you could fill the voids with colored epoxy (of course a lot of prep would be required) or simply have the whole chassis clear coated.
