rare pg 215ix chrome pics are up-traded

I picked this up as it is rare and super clean
lmk guy I don't want to make money wanted it to stay in the family
I have 250cnd into it or I would like a nice set of mid/tweeter to trade

I havnt seen one in person and I've only heard of a couple. I think they were special order only, but I could be wrong. The thing is, they only made one line of chrome amps, and since they weren't their high end line I don't think an eq was every officially made to match.
I could be wrong, I'd be interested to hear an expert weigh in.

so like I thought pretty rare
there are a lot of people that would use or collect them being new pg made I would think
I have seen some zx amp in chrome and it would go great with the nickel plated amps

Thats is super sexy, especially with the box. Nice score. I wouldn't pass up an opportunity like that as well.

I wonder if it was maybe made for a show display, and if it has matching amps somewhere?

as I said above if anyone comes across a 232 chromed I would run it in my car. Show gear is great and all but if its not being used then its lost a lot of its value in my opinion. Can't wait to hook up and fondle my rane/pg cross over from the bmw car. I can see myself missing the change of a lot of lights from red to green because of that piece.

I've never been one to just collect things and not use them. Now that i have more amps than I need, and considering how beautiful the ZPAs are, I might be breaking my rule. Then again, I might end up using them all in a future install.
Something like that chrome eq I wouldn't hesitate to use in an install but because of the chrome finish I'd make sure it was well protected.
