R-Net Question

Hi,
I am wanting to build some crossover modules for an older 406a I currently have. I can get 1% metal film resistors close or exactly what hz I need them, but I am not sure what I need to solder them onto for them to go down in the IC on the crossover board.
Is this what I need to solder the resistors onto and stick on the board?

Now I currently have these installed right now with PG 425 and PG 80 on the chips.

Only problem is they are already built and it's hard to find the hz I need.
I've already looked at the R-Net on the site with the info, but I need to know probably just the thing to solder the resistors to that will fit the IC on the board.
Thanks!
