Junk vw score

So' I was about to start up my crew at work today on the jobsite and before shift I spotted an old early 80's vw rabbit on a uhaul trailer. This thing was in pretty bad shape. The convertible top was shredded, but the body was pretty straight. I'm a lover of all that is old school and has potential so after I started my crew I went over and checked this thing out. It was worse than I thought, cat shit on the floor everywhere and hair covering the seats. Still a cool car but in need of a LOT of tlc.
Just as I was about to walk away I spotted an aftermarket speaker plate across the car in the passenger door. The speaker caught my eye cause it had a similar look to my German made mb quarts. At this point I had to investigate further. There was no name visible and the grill was missing on the passenger side, so I popped open the drivers door to have a closer look at the set. What do I see? ADS! These were old 5 1/4 plate components. Then I spot the side of an amplifier through the side under the passenger seat, so I tried to open the passenger door with no luck. Ok, back to the drivers side to pull the rusty under seat release. (keep in mind I'm now practically rolling in old cat shit and fur)
Boom, an old Denon 2ch amp too! This one looks very cool. I've never seen any company shape a heat sink like this. So now I have to have this stuff. If I didn't get it out now the water would ruin it all beyond repair with the shredded top and widows down like it sits.
The owner had left his number on the windshield because of the nice area he parked this beat up vw litter box, and he didn't want it towed. I called him up...no answer. I text him...no return text. Finally as I'm about to leave, cause really I should be doing work not hunting for treasure, my phone rings. Sweet it's Him. I offered $40 for the amp and speakers. He stalled but agreed. I removed the sweet old gear and brought it home to play with it. All of it works flawlessly and the speakers sound really very nice. Right up there with my quarts.
Heres the gear I scored.
Denon dca-3175 amp
a/d/s 300i comps
If anyone has a grill for these components, or wrecked set for parts let me know
