How to do nice wire routing?

I see some of your guys installs the wires looks soo good and mine looks like a bomb went off in the trunk, i got some idea how to fix it but i need some innput or and links.
The power wire i got from the engine bay are realy stiff so i have bought some soft 4gauge wire and a splitter block that can take 4X4gauge wire, i got 2X4gauges wires from battery to my trunk.
I also bought some flat speaker wire and short rca cabel that im using from the audi control DQX when it gets here
I got cable ties in different size and colors i also got protectice nylon net, my problem is how do i mount the amps on the back of the rear seats in my car the do not fold down and its not easy to work inside the trunk.
I realy want to buy a mdf plate and use plexi glass to build a box u can see in to the amps but would i need to use fans to coldown if i did this?

for wiring you just need to take your time and try to plan ahead so its organized and use a lot of wire ties. it doesn't sound like you have a lot of wiring going on so its just a matter of figuring out where you need to run it and where you can hide it.

I agree with ttocs. Patience and planning. The zip ties with an eyelet on them help to keep wires in place as well.

one trick I can tell you to help clean up loose single wires is to wrap them. so like your red/black wires that I think is going to some led strips to clean them up is easy. Take your drill and take the drill bits out of it, insert the loose wire ends into the drill and then tighten the chuck. now hold the other ends of the wires and simply turn your drill on and it will wrap the wires together. Be sure to give them a few extra wraps because when you take the wires out they will naturally unwrap a few times. If you have a long run of wires(say from bumper to bumper) you will need to give yourself 6-8 foot of extra wire and tie a knot in the end you would hold and then put that in your vise or some way to hold it still and then wrap it.

Hi i have never seen zip tie with eyelet before i got to get some of them, when it comes to small wire there will only be 3 remote and i was thinking of only using one wire and let it go from one amp to another and then to the DQX is that going to be a problem i could set up a small splitter block.
My plan was to put the wire through the plate behind the rear seats and right in to the amp but it was to litle place for the seat so i put the under the plate and now i got to guide them up that back plate.
How do i get screws to stay in that back plate, does not the screws unscrew them self after a while?
Its only in the trunk i need to fix the wires i got it looking good inside the car and under the hood.

That looks great does your wire show when you are finished?, and does your ground go from the battery to chassis and then to the trunk?
My wires are going going on top so they are in the open, i was thinking of buying a sub box to put in the spare wheel and monting the amps on the rear seat plate.
I will take picture when i get my kid to bed

Love the look of the Mosconi amps they have good sound in them to, im ok with the wires showing as long as it looks good dont get me wrong i love to hide them but i do not have a router or the skill to do it.
Do you use mdf on the false floor?, im thinking of buying a round box that goes in the spare wheel hole and use a bass reflex pipe that goes in to the cabin it would give me more room in the trunk.

I used mdf 19mm. bords. Mosconi sounds good for slq setup, but not sq. Round box is ok with appropriate tiuned port, bore bass from the back. Problems, have to do some big grills for sub to cover, that no thing could fall in the box. Its esay to make such a box, needs only accurat cutter with adjustabe cut depth, that you culd bend mdf bord. I always hide wires for safety features, exept if i build custom fuse box under plexi glass, then you can see some wires

forgeot to write, my ground on that car is going from the back seat belt screw in the side, when you make appropriate grounding (the big 3) all the car grounding is good 100 procent, and then i can be shure that amps will be performing with no problems.

Well i riped everything out and started to think about what im going to do with it for now, a ready trunk box will set me back 200$
with the shipping.
Think i will buy one and fit the amplifiers for good and use the back plate for now, think i will fit the amplifier after i get it innstaled cause i got to see how that works out.

Just a suggestion
But drill some hole in the mounting board about 2" infront of the terminals and run the up thru and then connect itll give it a cleaner install look

I was thinking on it but im not gonna have it there its just so its out of the way when im doing the subwoofer box, There is also a problem with rear seats they are so close to the back plate so its nearly imposible to get on when i put them back there.
Its my daily driving car so its taking forever to get it finished and i got to have music when i drive.

U gotta un clip or unzip the back of the seat and run the wire inside and then out. Itll work, ive done countless simple installs like that. Youll appreciate yoyr work so much more too.
Again just giving suggestions
Looks a lot better btw

No prob just trying to help
U may need to have longer wires from ur distro blocks
If u can feed ur wire thru the seat, then also do the same from the distro block to the amp
Also if you extend the wires, try making the amp ride side up so then itll overall look better too.
Fyi, when u unclip or unzip the rear seat to feed wire, ull ultimatley have to cut a slit in the fabric to feed the wire but unzipping or unclipping the fabric allows you to manuver the wire where you need it too.

Like some of the other guys said, always pre lay out how u want everything to be place, then make sure u can run the wires like you want (sometimes youll have to mod the factory panels and etc), then determine what and how youll have to modify everything, once you determine you plan and how then take ur time to exicute it.
Sometimes youll be without tunes for a week or two but when your done, youll appreciate your work 10x more and be prouder of it.
Like me, i did my 4runner about 5 years ago, i completley gutted the interior from the beginning and it tooks me a straight week of vacation and about 60hrs to do it. When i was done i was so proud and everyone that saw it was amazed.
Now i doing my truck and ill be gutting the whole interior and itll take me a few weekends but i know the gratification will be payback enough

I will put the distro block on the back and cut out foam on the seat where it will go, i will run the soft new wire through the back plate that will be better but first i need to figure out if i will buy a sub enclosure pre cut to the spare wheel hole or if im going to buy a thin box and but it on the back plate.
I have been looking on these pioneer subwoofers but i dont think the sound is the best, any one of you tried these?

if you want to have a perfect box in all ways, you have to have a round box without any corners

Lol, yes it looked a bit funny and i guess the sound like crap.
I looked on these Rocford fosgate slim boxes i think they wll fit perfect but i do not know how they sound but i could but another subwoofer in if i find something that handles that small box.
