Think we'll see anything new at CES in a couple of weeks?

Wondering your guys thoughts if we'll see any new stuff or what you might like to see from CES this year. I'd love to see PG go more into the accessories and processor market. Bring back the bass cube or make a bit one/360 type processor.

I want a new high end three way comp set,
and a four way crossover with the bass cube all in one unit
And with a remote that has cube/lpl/rmd in one unit.

And clear plexy on amps, not the smoked stuff. I want to see guts.

How about a staggered 5 channel? 250x2, 75/100x2, beefy sub channel. Built in cube, xo, and eq215 in the top? Heck, make all the tuning digitial and use an iPhone app like the camaro amp doohickey.

interesting but I am hesitant to get any amps that will require any kind of update in the future. If we have learned anything about the past with computers/car audio the usefulness of the gear was only good as long as the company supported it with updated software. I mean the DEQ was cool right up till windows 2000 was outdated which was what, around 2001? Sooner or later the modern Bluetooth will not communicate with the old gear if it isn't updated and I guess you still have the rca's then but it just seems like I am paying for something that has a limited lifespan.

Is it just me or is phoenix missing a huge opportunity during ces time. You think there would be more announcements here or Facebook or something. With the huge cost of just being at ces it can't cost that much to post what's going on. I mean we're a group of thier biggest fans and nothing. We get exited and tell our friends. They care less usually but they mention it to people they meet and the buzz starts. Maybe it's just me. I'm sure we'll hear something soon.

you guys forget that this is the busiest time of the whole thing for them. The last couple weeks of trying to make sure the gear is ready or the car to show it is not a vacation. Making sure the displays are ready and done and then that they are all there, finally they get to set it all up.

I understand it's a very busy time. But all that prep to make a killer showing why not hire a guy for a couple of months to get a social media blast out with it and have people talking. So when the dealers get back customers are exited. Might make it harder to clear out the old gear though. That's what Christmas sales are for. Just my opinion though.
