sub placement in a box

Post by kg1961 »

hello I have a question
maybe im looking at this way to much as over the year I would not have asked.lol

my top face of my sealed sub box is 43 wide 25.5 deep
my 2 subs are in one chamber and will be braced
they are 2 -13.5" subs
were to cut the holes
what im asking is there a better place to put them beside each other away from each other even spaced in the box ect
please let me know the pro and con
thanks again

Usually next to each other facing the same direction so as not to cancel each other out. Usually facing rear so as to give the wavelength more time to from fully. Con is if you put other stuff where the subs are, stuff may damage the sub. I'd probably evenly space them to equalize the pressure in the box
