Phoenix Gold Phorum

I've been looking at a 900.7 on the bay. He posted pics of the inside and there are red jumper wires on each side of the caps. Is this normal or has it been repaired? Thanks for the help.

After a bit of inter web combing it looks like they are the fan wires.

That's exactly what they are.
