what is the biggest breaker PG made?

Just curious both what was the biggest they made and what is the biggest anyone has possibly for sale. With my alt finished I am trying to think about what I need to finish up the wiring for it and would rather use a breaker off of the alt if I could find a pg breaker big enough. Will need at least a 200 amp.

I have either a 150 or 100 amp breaker.

after looking around there are not many that go above 200 amps which would make sense just because of the current rating of 0 awg. If anyone has a 200 amp in good condition they can sell let me know as I am looking to put it to work with the newly refinished alt
