Good components for the price. Overall a great sounding set of speakers. Tweeters are amazing! Mids could play a little lower but sound good anyways.

I have these components in my car now. Midbass WAS a bit lacking but I spent some time sealing up the door and giving it a few layers of dynamat, made more solid mounting rings, etc and it made a huge difference. I am very happy with mine and yes, the tweeters are amazing!

have you tried swapping the phase of the mids and leaving the tweets normal?

Good replies, my doors are deadened and sealed and i will run active (contrary to phoenix golds manual that basically says good luck trying to get them to sound as good active as they do passive) and run off ti21600.5 and 80prs. What position is best for tweeters? Im going to have to glass them into A pillars anyway

Nice tidy build! Amps have dual power supply? They seem on axis i could mount them at that angle no problem will have to modify my apillars which currently run focal mirange and tweeters but i blew a midrange by accident so time break some fibre glass!

The passives have a 24dB slop at 3500hz for the tweets and 12dB slope at 2950 for the low pass on the mids. You can use that as a starting point. I've been wondering though, how low the tweets would play before having issues. Did they use that high of a crossover point because the tweeters couldnt handle it or did they just sound better that way?
