I'm good mates with the local distributor (in Australia) and he only knows what was shown at ces and a price, nothing more.. no dates, no details, nothing... in regards to the zen9.. :(

Otherwise, they seem to be on top of everything pg down south...

The money I saved up for 2 Zen9's is starting to burn a hole in my pocket.

Even more, PG has a free source of data to figure out what ear target audience wants...this phorum. I'd love to see more back and forth discussion on here with AAMP. It's great that Morgan comes on here. He and I have exchanged emails in the past as well. Is he really the only one?
pretty much. you know what i had when i put my first stereo in at 18? low end kenwood junk and hand me down tandy eq and jensen amp. might have had 20 bucks in my system. haha.
you know what i have now? 80 prs, xs6600, and an m100 :)
Pioneer keh9595 + deh80prs, Phoenix Gold xs6600 PG M10p, and some randon speakers in a van

I could not figure out how people could pay for their car bills and afford to put more then $75 into my stereo every 6 months or so until I was 18-19.. Now rapidly approaching 40 I am happy when something I need for the car either stereo or performance wise is only $75 seems like everything starts at $200 now. My brother is in town today and while he was checking out the car he asked what I have into it - I stopped saving receipts a while ago since it took the fun out of it.

Oh no, Morgan is longer at PG? That would explain the lack of communication on here, he was the only one that ever communicated with us.

I wonder what happened. Sad to see that he left.

2x wish someone knew him and could find out
That means this will really suck long term with info and products as he was the only person that helped

He could have left on his own accord too. I wish he would chime in here at some point. I'll bet he has some awesome PG pieces in his personal stash too.

I have a feeling we are a dying breed. I have introduced to the new generation the gift that is PG on as many occasions as i can but almost all of them are more interested in the price of gas (?) and their failbook posts or friend statuses. every once in a while ill run into a kid who is interested in the craft, but its dying a horrible death.

hope it works out for him, and for the company. I have not seen any info on it in the industry forum either just dead silence.

It's really a shame. With the proper marketing and product support, they really could take a decent percentage of the car audio market. In a lot of ways, AAMP and the level of support they put behind the PG line reminds me a LOT of the job I left last year. Amazing product, really innovative stuff, but just no OOOOMPH to really get it established out there on a consistent basis.

Yeah. I'm wondering if the Zen9, if it even goes to market, is the last hurrah.

They are about to miss the late August timeline. It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't give dates and fail to deliver again and again....
