Massive Audio amps?

Can anyone comment on these amps? I have read mixed reviews and would really like an opinion as I have a chance to pick one up cheap locally. Model: RS 40.4

We used to be a dealer years ago of this line.

I did a setup w this amp and their largest 2ch....i think around 800rms on 2 vega 12's (not strokers) sealed in a the 1st gen chrysler 300 (round areo nose body style)

Anyways i was impressed. It was pretty clean and played low and tight.

Anyways, id say they are comparative to mid level stuff.
