ZX heatsink paste?

I am going to replace caps on two zx450s and possibly one zx350. Going to order solder wick and twelve caps (maybe a few spare also). I have solder and a iron. It looks like I need to remove the heatsinks to get at the bottom of the board. Do I need heatsink paste and if so, is arctic silver OK? Also are there any more supplies I need? I have pliers and screwdrivers and cleaner.

First off you shouldn't need to remove the heat sinks. You remove the covers with a #1 Phillips screw driver. You then remove the board from the bottom cover. You should then have access to the bottoms of the caps.
But yes, the thermal paste that you have should,be fine if you decide to remove the heat sinks and replace the paste (not a bad idea).
As for the solder, what kind do you have? Don't use silver solder, or anything with silver in it.

I am going to use the solder my friend has that he uses to assemble circuit boards. He is an EE who has a lot of experience soldering so I am going to have him do it for me.
