Hello! I hope very much for your help in my question. The essence of the question is as follows: 1.5 years ago bought an amplifier Phoenix Gold Ti800.4. A few months later, he served me correctly, then I decided to buy a more powerful amplifier, and the sell. I found a buyer in the process of communicating with whom we found out that my amplifier is different from all the same, that there is someone else to use. All amplifiers back cover is made with vents, behind which visible coolers. In my amp cover is unperforated. As a result, the buyer refused the deal because of the suspicion of dishonesty. Tell me, please, is there any reason to fear that I have a fake? Or it's only an older version of the amplifier?

We would have to compare boards first to know if it's a clone/fake or an original PG.

that would be the first PG clone since the "THUMP" series that I have heard of. I could see it being a different revision that they added the fans later or something before its a clone/fake.

Your amp is just an older version. The first ones had a solid back panel, then PG added fans to help cool them some on the newer versions.

I highly doubt your amp is actually a fake.

real and probably an early production model. It might be less desirable then one with the vents for the fans but not fake. I still can't imagine vents facing down will do much in 90% of the installs unless there is a way for that air to move but dunno they did it for a reason.

If you remove the bottom cover you can see the board. Post that pic up to be sure.

You needed a more powerful 4 channel? Wow. What did you go with, an elite.4?
