Phoenix Gold Phorum

Has only used this way set of focal
I know they are stupid in price
But I have a chance to own a set for a great price
800plus my focal 165 kps

Are they hard to tune?
I know I can buy focal pods to put the 3inch and tweeter on my dash and I picked up 100 sqft of sound matting
So I need to add that to the doors

Again the car is a mk4 vw gti

what is so hard to tune about them? Short of having the sensitivity of a horn vs woofer I am not sure what the issue would be.

The focal block aka xover has 4200 different adjustment
So I have read people spending a day or two tuning them
That's all

darn deal did not happen so I will stick with what I have I was a little scared to spend that much but now I don't everything works out for a reason I guess
