PG MS2250 what is one worth?

So i might be selling my MS2250 that is complete, but no new caps. in will say 9 out of ten condition. What would be a good asking price? Comes with fan and Amp.

Never tested as i was going to swap the caps out on it. never did.

Just my opinion, which should not matter as I don't even have a 2250 w/shroud, but I say it's worth at least 800.00 with shroud. So asking 1k for it w/shroud shouldn't be too crazy. Heck you might get other to say it's even more than my appraisal.

I was never a huge MS guy . i always liked the M series. so know really nothing about these amps, other then i never see them for sale, are they rare?

Hell I trade you all my M-series amps for that one, lol. It's not that rare but they are hard to come by, the green toroids are highly sought after.

I have 3 M50's and 3 M25's if you want to trade.

they're not all that rare .. but rarely come up for sale ...
won't say how much I just paid for my 3rd one .. but way less than you'd wanna sell it for

That's an amp that I've been seeking for quite a while. I'd say an untested, non-recapped 2250 isn't worth more than $800. $800-900 is what (IMO) is what a fully tested and recapped one goes for.

That being said, I'd value it at maybe $700.
