With the new truck of course comes a new stereo. I'm keeping the factory HU as I actually like it but more so, it's cheaper to keep it and buy the PAC amp pro4 to get my signal then it is to buy a new unit, dash kit (which mine is the special edition blue and was there first must when I was truck hunting) which they don't make in the blue I need and the adapters to make everything talk.
The factory unit does everything I need and then some.
From the PAC unit the audio will be sent to a Mosconi 6to8v8 DSP. I'll be using my Clarion APA4200 for the HAT I6 tweeter and the 3" Dayton Audio midranges in vision dash pods.
I will then be using a Phoenix Gold SX2 800.4, chs 1&2 to the HAT I6 in the doors and chs 3&4 bridged to a single Sundown Audio SA8v3 in a T-line box.
Does anyone heter happen to have a copy of a birth sheet to an SX2 800.4? Would just like to know real world numbers. I was told right at 500x2 @ 4 ohms when bridged.
I'm happy with that.
New to me PG SX2 800.4.
New to me PG SX2 800.4.
