Phoenix Gold Phorum

Hi all, I have a EQ232 where the output rcas gold outside cover had fallen off. The picture I took was of the inputs but there the same as the output. Does anyone know where I can find that vertical stereo RCA jack? Ive looked on most site like digi-key and others and couldnt find it.

I was able to buy this and cut off the gold parts and use them, its all fixed.
