I emailed them twice over the last 4 months and got no response either time. I called and phil took care of me with the quickness.

Didn't Morgan (MW3) reply in one of your earlier threads about the color? I'm sure he had some "hands on" with that particular xover.

No. Nobody really replied with a definite answer on which one, etc... I want a definite answer.

Face it people PG is almost dead.....they are a sticker / logo on a product nothing more.

Tech support = gone

Customer service = ..lol .... Gone

Welcome to the new era of PG we told it was coming and you all scoffed and said we were nuts.

Well guess we weren’t nuts after all

PG’s time has come and gone…remember the good and move on ….I have.

I would suspect they are finally moving the facility or doing inventory so that they can. Either way expect things to be down for a week at least.

Sorry about all the hassles, PG is still alive and well.

I don't know about the lack of email support but I'll look into it. A new phone system was installed last Friday and the phones were completely down for a few hours. Plus they have more buttons than the dashboard on the space shuttle and we are learning how to use them.

When you call now there is a menu system to help direct you to the right person.

I saw this coming after the last lay-off. I have a agreement with Phil just o use e-mail for any parts I need, as its the smoothest way for him to control his new work environment. After all they got him doing Eerin's job and his old job and a few other things on top of that. They needed a new phone system because the old one could not handle the new work ethic that is now in place at PG. It probably was not flexible enough, which is also the excuse they use to lay people off...

PG is not what it used to be and it probably will never ever will be again. The first thing any new management will do is look at the past and wipe it away, saying it does not fit the new business profile. And with that our good friends like Eerin lose their jobs and the people left (shocked and stunned) get lead to a new tomorrow in the eyes of a single minded management team to the promised land of profitability and and stable job future, at any cost.

Phil and others up there are trying there best to stay employed with what ever comes down the pike from the new boss. So blame the new boss, not the poor people asked to switch gears and direction after so many years as they are as lost as we are. The only difference is their personal income is on the line. Which pretty much makes the place almost as fun as a Gulag to work in.

I miss PG but I concur with Brian I am in a better place now.

Shorter commute, better beni's, better pay, happier group all together, and better advancement opportunities.
