Problems with PG ZXTi 900.7 AL

Here we go again. I sold my ZXTi 900.7 AL amp in eBay about month ago and now buyer sent me an email and claimed that amp doesn't work.:(

Both fans works but leds are all dead and no sound coming from any channel. What can possibly be wrong with this amp? And what is interesting, that amp wasn't ever been powered. It was NIB when I sold it.

Anyway, I think I'll take it back and refund buyers money. My concern is can amp be fixed? I have no inside pics of amp yet but I'll add those later if needed.

Please, help me with this.

Which LEDS the red ones or the blue ones the blues one fail from just looking at them    replace these all the time but they don't stop the amp from working at all, in fact its sorta cosmetic.
the reds ones fail on over current situations i.e. blown channels.

C :)

Blown power supply and either or it was hooked up backwards by an idiot, or its been blown to kingdom come and back without proper fusing either way i would say. Shame its a nice amp. I will need to see it on a power supply to say anymore, sorry about your deal man.... :(

Its probably fixable, but NIB i would say your getting a raw deal by the buyer
