I have the following equipment:
ZPA 0.3 amplifier
XVR4 Crossover
Ti Elite 6 Set
Ti Elite 12 Sub
I would like to go a little Old School and use the ZPA with the XVR4 to run my entire system passivley... The components will be in the kick panels and the sub will be under the dash of my '04 F150. So all the music will be from the front of the truck....
Any suggestions and or opinions would be GREATLY appreciated !
Thanks,
J

You may find your Elite 12D being a little starved for power. Otherwise it sounds like a cool idea...

Depends on your tastes. On those power levels though, I think you would be better off with something like an RSD 10/12.
The Elite is a hungry woofer... it sounds best on at least 1200 watts. Your ZPA will offer about 500, but the passive crossover will also sap away some of that. Speaking of which, I am not sure about the specs of that crossover either... it may require a 4 ohm woofer to work, and the Elite would be 2 ohms.

The XVR4 would need a 4ohm woofer...

Then I personally recommend the RSD10 or 12 SVC. My RSD 10 blends perfectly with the Elites up front, yet still gets quite deep while remaining well timed and accurate.

Why not try the XP sub since you already have it?

I would but it is a duel 4 ohm v.c. sub.

Maybe this will help you.

I concur with Stipud on the Ti Elite sub, you will need much more power to optimally run that beast. Also, it may be to cumbersome for an under-dash installation.
