while cleaning up my closet i came across a my extremely accurate template i made of my old 2250 that i sold many many moons ago....so now that i am older and more adapt with my fab skills....i was wondering if anyone here would be interested in buying a shroud if i start making them....they wouldnt be half ass shit copies either....just a little bit of eye candy to spice up the run of the mill ms amp....if any thinks thats a good ideal let me know...if it sounds retarded let me know also..

--a little info on me--
hey it has been a really long time since I have been on a pg board...i was "thabus" on sound buggy and before that i was on the very first pg boards...but i cant remember the name i had then....but all i did there really was just watch from a far because i had psuedo retired from the car audio game....but now im coming back and with a vengence....new install pg amps of coarse and a car that will turn heads when parked.

Oooohh?? :hurr:

Yes, and also the FAS/SOFAS-length.

But I must admit that I believe that you must have more/better fans than mounted in a original shroud....

Thanks for the warm welcome im glad to see the same people are still here and never left for some odd reason...lol

but the shrouds will be exact copies of the 2250 shell with better fans obviously since they are far supeior now they were then....4 gold zues clips and even custom etched glass....an i will be able to do 275's1000's,FAS,SOFAS and even m's all to the same original design.

i will even build a shroud for this guy here...thats how old school i am

Welcome, you've got a great idea going as PG isn't making anymore and there is definitely a demand for them. I'm on board for an M series fans/shroud.

Good luck.

ok i just made up a quick little one just to show it off and let me just say it really sucks ass...i want my morning back....the metal i used was so thin it was not even worth the time...i was just worried about wasting real steel....but i was wrong not to do it right the first time...so i figured i should do it all out or dont bother.

so that leads me to this...im just going to come out the gates running....the first shell will be a ms1000....i just need to get a few vital measurements from brenzbmr and i will go to town..

thanks again for all the interest i wont just just piss in the wind here...i know i will make something that will blow all your minds...

its done i just need to snap some pics....the final design is something i think there needs to be a discusion on because to do it like the og 2250 shell gives the amp an overall length of 51 inches....that is a no go for a car but i can fine tune the numbers and get it as small as i think it can be....i will post pics and thanks again to brenz
