Is the ZX500 powerfull enough to let 4 10" XMAX kick ass?
If so, how should I connect them?
Thanks in advance...

The ZX500 section of my 950 powers my dual xmax'es pretty well. I'm not sure about 4 though. You might have to go ported.
I'm assuming that they are single 4ohms, wire them 2 ohm stereo. GL with the install

Yes, it is definitely enough.
I would connect them in pairs... run two to the left channel, run two to the right channel. Both in parallel. That will give you a 2 ohm stereo load, which is optimal for the amp.
Preferably you will feed the amplifier a mono signal instead of stereo. If not, you may need to have individual enclosures for the subwoofers, instead of sharing the same airspace.

@ Vin78: I also have a ZX950... Yes, they are single voice coils, I suppose 4 ohm...
Didn't know they excisted in dual voice coils...
@ Stipud: I was already planning to put each sub in a separated enclosure...
So I should connect them like this...

According to the PG Tech Support,
my amp will not make full power at 2ohm...

yep, max power output would be delivered to 2 ohm mono or 1 ohm stereo loads. but even if you were able to really load the amp down with the 4 subs I think you'd be spreading the power a little thin. I used to run a pair of the xmax 10's on a ti600.2 (pretty similar power to the zx500) and personally wouldn't have considered running any more of the xmax subs than that.
the amp would definitely be okay powering the 4 subs, and the additional displacement may account for more sound than I would expect. nonetheless, those 4 subs could definitely benefit from more power.

Reeally? I ran two Xmax 12's off of 250 watts... no problemo!
Granted, two Xmax 10's on one ZX500 is absolutely ruthless in my friend's car.
I guess what we can agree on is that you can run it, but you don't have to. Two subs will probably sound just as good.

I ran 2 12's off a 500...but it was better when each had its own 500.
My suggestion is to try it, cant hurt. If it isnt loud enough, find another 500! You can never go wrong with more PG!
